What We Do
We provide recurring cleaning contracts: scheduled, consistent and priced in writing before the first visit. We do not primarily sell one-off cleans. Our clients are facilities managers, property managers and business owners who want a contractor that shows up when agreed, cleans to a defined scope and bills a consistent amount each month.

How We Work
Every new account starts with a site walkthrough. We review the facility, confirm the scope, and issue a written quote. The quote specifies what is cleaned, how often, and what is excluded. There are no hidden charges for consumables or access fees in the base rate — those are discussed explicitly and included or excluded in writing.
Once the contract is signed, the same crew is assigned to your account. They learn your facility, your access requirements and your preferences. Changes to scope — adding a room, changing frequency — are handled through a written scope amendment, not a verbal conversation that gets forgotten.
