We do not publish fixed price lists because commercial cleaning contracts vary significantly by square footage, facility type, frequency and scope. A 1,500 sq ft professional office cleaned bi-weekly costs less than a 6,000 sq ft medical suite cleaned nightly — and publishing a single price for both does not serve either buyer.
What we can tell you is how pricing is structured, so you know what to expect before you contact us.
How Pricing Is Structured

| Facility type | Medical and food-service facilities require additional sanitisation steps and, sometimes, specific products. This adds time and cost. |
| Frequency | Nightly contracts price per month, not per visit. Weekly and bi-weekly contracts price similarly. Quarterly deep cleans are priced per event. |
| Number of restrooms | Restrooms are the most labour-intensive area per square foot. Facilities with a high ratio of restrooms to floor area price higher. |
| Access requirements | After-hours-only access does not add cost. Facilities with complex security or escort requirements may. |
| Consumables | Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap can be included or excluded from scope. Included consumables are priced into the monthly figure; excluded means you supply them. |
Getting a Quote
Request a written quote. Provide your square footage, facility type, location and preferred frequency. We will respond by the next business day with a written estimate. If a site walkthrough is needed to confirm the final price, we will arrange that at no cost.
There is no obligation to sign after receiving a quote. If the price does not work, we will say so clearly and there is no pressure.
What You Will Not See
We do not add fuel surcharges, consumable markups or "facility management fees" after the contract is signed. The monthly figure in the contract is what you pay. Scope changes are priced and agreed in writing before they take effect.
