We assign the same crew to your account, work from a written scope agreed before the first visit, and bill a fixed amount each month regardless of how many Fridays fall in the billing period.
Weekly service is well suited to professional offices, insurance and financial services suites, HOA administration buildings and community facilities with regular Monday-through-Friday foot traffic. Sun City's active HOA infrastructure — Sun City Home Owners Association maintains seven recreation centres along Thunderbird Boulevard and Grand Avenue — means a significant volume of community-facing buildings that require consistent weekly presentation.

Bi-Weekly Option
Bi-weekly (every two weeks) suits smaller offices with low daily traffic: a four-person accounting practice, a solo medical consulting suite, a small insurance office. The scope is identical; the interval is extended. We do not recommend bi-weekly for facilities with daily patient or client flow.
