Standalone or Add-On
A quarterly deep clean can run as a standalone contract for facilities that handle routine janitorial internally, or as an add-on to a weekly or nightly contract. If you have existing janitorial staff and want a periodic deep clean to supplement their work, we can scope and price that separately.
Scheduling
Most clients schedule quarterly cleans in January, April, July and October. The July clean addresses summer dust accumulation; the January clean coincides with the post-holiday reset many facilities want at the start of the financial year. We will work around your schedule — deep cleans are typically completed overnight or on a weekend to avoid disruption.
