What Is Included
Every contract starts with a written scope that specifies exactly which areas are cleaned, what is done in each area, and how often. The scope is agreed before the first visit. If your facility has areas or requirements not listed, they are either added to the scope with a price adjustment or noted as outside scope — there is no ambiguity on day one.
